Soft cups after sex??
So I’m taking 12-hour Mucinex, inserted some pre-seed, and had sex. I put some more preseed on the soft cup and inserted it, maybe a few minutes (3-4) after sex. Wondering if I should have waited longer before inserting? Anyone else ever done this before??
I have a few more chances, today is just the first day of my fertile window.
