What's people opionins on having sex every night from end of period to get pregnant ??

I've read every other night and then read why not do it every night.

We are both young 23 and 25 and no know slow sperm, we have caught 2 months ago but lost it at 4 weeks days and been pregnant before together but had an abortion at 7 weeks. So we know we don't have any problems but this time round it's taking 5 months.

Would having sex every night affect my partners sperm??
