What did u do to go in to labor? I am 38 weeks on Saturday and I am ready

with my first. i had sex from the moment we found out I was expecting til two days before I gave birth. it really does help, made my labor and delivery smooth.

1st pregnancy I had a sweep done at 38wks and I gave birth the next day... Had a sweep again today and not a single thing happened...

My waters broke whilst I was painting my daughters room. I was using a chair to sit on (I was painting Disney characters) so would need to get up and sit down every so often and I think that did it. Same way they say squats help I guess.
