I went for an ultrasound today because it’s been almost a year with no signs of a period after coming off birth control

What does fibroids mean???

They didn’t say anything to me other than they’ll have my results within the next 48 hours but it scared me seeing that 😭

Update: My doctor called with my results and it is pcos!

That’s pcos. On your ovaries you have lots of immature follicles. Your ovarys look just like mine and I was diagnosed at 13 with pcos x

Wow that looks like something going on for sure, cysts or fibroids. Have you ever been given a diagnosis or PCOS, fibroids or recurrent cysts not related to PCOS?

dont be surprised if you get diagnosed with pcos if you have not already.

also fibroids are most times non cancerous growths inside the uterus.
