39 weeks and 2 days, 3 cm dilated but no contractions

My first son I was in labor and bad contractions so I went to the hospital and found out I was a 3.... this time I’m not in labor, not really having too many contractions and I’m already at a 3... do you think it will happen soon? From your experience will I go faster? My hospital is 1 hour away and feeling concerned how far away it is... thanks!
