Miscarriage or tissue passing?

Question

Went to the RR this morning and when I urinated, blood was with it.. when I wiped I saw this... I think I may have miscarried.. my AF was supposed to come on 6/26 and I just bled today.. l had very little cramping yesterday and my boobs were tender.. I never tested cause I was scared of a BFN but now i just feel hopeless.. maybe it's just tissue passing? Idk.. pls help!

If you never tested there is no way of knowing, could be late AF, could be miscarriage. Take a test, if yes call ur dr to get checked, if no it's just late AF.
