My boy just about to 21 months and has suddenly become a nightmare a night! For the past week he won’t go to sleep in his own I have to lie with him. And he wakes up multiple times during the night every few hours or so! He used to go to bed and put himself to sleep and sleep all night through!

Not sur did it’s this heatwave we are having here in the uk or if he’s teething but I’m a mother on the edge! Spent an hour in his room crying trying to get him to go to sleep. Anyone have any helpful tips or tricks or just insight?!
