help please

Anyone taken zinc tablets to help kickstart period did it help... I've been off depo for 3 month and I've had spotting on and off and had 1 bad bleed which only lasted about 2 hours and I started zinc tablets and vitamin d tablets about a week ago and 2 days ago I started with pink colour discharge and though nothing of it but today I've bled all day but only light...doesn't anyone think this could be the tablets helping or is it just a coincidence xx
