I miscarried on June 15h

well this cycle I thought I was ovulating back on the 7th due to lots of ewcm.

well today my husband and I had sex (few hours ago so I'm all cleaned up)

I was kinda cramping (just a little) so I went to the bathroom and had TONS of ewcm. tmi but it was so thick that it was hanging and didnt want to come out of me. also tmi but I had to literally grab it and pull it out and it felt tugging on my cervix like a bathtub plug🤷🏽‍♀️

so I did a cervical check and it was super open.

could I be ovulating just now and been wrong before or is this from sex?

I worry about ovulating twice cause I know that can increase the chance of having of multiples and that scares me😶
