Pcos? Discharge?

Question

My body is changing and the discharge I had it before did yeast infection cream and it was gone now it’s back no itching, burning etc. and my vagina is dry .there was no off fishy smell etc . It was squishy white creamy chunky . I have no idea what’s going on

it could be a yeast infection still, sometimes you need an antibiotic to really do the trick, rather than just a cream bought at the store. 
to me, it sounds and looks like yeast. 
i’d go to your doctor just to be sure, they can tell you the same day if it’s yeast. 
i also had a change in discharge and was super worried, but my doctor told me i was healthy and it’s sometimes normal for a change to happen.
