Everyone has a mental illness

Do people think that your emotions are supposed to be perfect and ppl never pose to get mad or show other emotion other than happiness? Why does someone have to bipolar because they have “unstable moods” I was diagnosed w “bipolar disorder” and I’m adhd. But I’m older now and I don’t take my meds @ all and no one that has met me and been around me for a long period of time can even tell I’m bipolar. I can admit I have anger outburst or I’m more short tempered than the average person. But is it safe to say everyone has some type of chemical imbalances? Or am I just tripping???
