Implantation or period

So I just had got done having sex. It was rough I guess you could say & I wasn’t fully lubricated. We saw that there was a little drop of blood & a hour later when I went to use the bathroom light pink blood was on it. I’m now using the bathroom again in the next hour and it’s still the same. Could it be the start of my period or implantation? Please help
