I had absolutely horrible cramps—vomiting, passing out, generally feeling like death—before taking birth control. I’ve taken birth control for 10+ years, and the cramps are still terrible but not to the same time extent.

Advil doesn’t do anything and stronger medicines make me nauseous. I’m thinking CBD might help. Any recommendations on brands and concentrations or specific types?

Note: it cannot have THC because that’s illegal where I live unless you have a medical card, which I’m working on but is still a ways away.

EDIT: Seriously. No THC. I’m not comfortable with it due to the illegality, and I need to work while on my period, which I already know I can’t do while high.
