Last name

Pregnant by my ex boyfriend. We don’t get along, he has my number blocked half the time, and when we do talk it’s usually an argument and him blaming me for something. He’s truly convinced that I’m the only one whoever does anything wrong and that he is perfect. That is definitely not the case. But anyway.. should I give the baby my last name? I don’t really see a reason to give her his last name. Its not like he’s been there for me throughout this. He says he wants to be a father to the baby and be in her life but I don’t feel that is reason enough to give her his last name.

Also, we agreed on a first name a few weeks back. He knew I loved that name and him agreeing to it made me so happy. Now all the sudden he doesn’t like that name. Should I use that name anyway and say screw what he wants? Or what? So confused right now.
