Losing weight tips

Hi I'm 5'2 I currently weigh 170 3 babies ago i weighed a lot less i still look pregnant i just had my son 6 months ago i honestly feel like I'm letting myself go which is something i told myself i never wanted to do a long time ago I had bought pants that were way to big now I can't even fit into them what are some great tips to help me lose weight and maybe some light start up work outs please and thank you
