He doesn't touch me after sex

So I have been fucking this other guy now for atleast 2 months now and our relationship is strictly fucking no one is allowed to catch feelings. and if it happens that one of us catches feelings then we have to break it off but so far its been great no one's caught feelings. My problem is that everytime after sex he doesnt touch me or hold me he gets dressed and continues with whatever he was doing before he fucked me. i tried talking to him about it and he said he would change but i haven seen a change. Am i doing something wrong for him not to touch me or hold me.
