Why do me and my mom argue soooo much?

Arguing happens for many reasons… 
- not knowing how to communicate properly
- allowing your egos to run the show
- One or both of you always feeling the need to be right 
- a power struggle between the two of you, which is very common because kids don’t always like to follow their parents rules, and parents don’t like to let their kids have a little bit of control

If you’re a teenager it’s probably because of hormones. I used to fight with my mom all the time when I was a teenager. It felt like no matter what I said or did, she just didn’t understand. Now that I’ve grown up and I’m more mature, we only have arguments here and there.
