So I quit Yaz about 20 days ago.

So far no AF and all negative tests (ovulation and pregnancy).

Feels like by body is at total shutdown. I cant even calculate my fertile window.

BBT is always around the same and honestly I have no idea how to interpret CM.

Since we don’t know nothing about my body we are doing BD almost every day, to not miss our chance.

I’m 33yo and I’ve always been scared of not being able to conceive because I’m too old now :(

I can’t talk to anyone about it because we decided to not tell people we ate TTC to avoid added pressure.

Any advice? (other than just relax)
