Birth control and my period

I just got the implant in my arm 7-9-18 and my period started 7-8-18,

The day after I got it my period is usually heavy or idk medium but it was VERY light and I know this is bad but I had my tampon in since 12-6 pm and there’s barely any blood, it’s like I’m spotting.

Today’s date; 7-11-18

My period is usually 7 days

First 4 days of heavy-ish then last 2 days are light but idk
