Vomit through her nose and mouth

My LO is 7 weeks old. EBF but rexently i have been pumping. She vomits through her nose and mouth while lying on her crib and trying to poop. What should I do? It really scare the hell out of me. I’m afraid that she had aspirate or some milk went through her lungs. she also seems having a hard time to breathe through her nose. After awhile I put her in an upright position and tapped her back. I also clean her nose with cotton buds. What should I do? How do I know if some of the milk went through her lungs? :(
