Scared of needles!!

Hi ladies,

So after a failed iui back in April dh and I are doing our first ivf cycle. Yah!!!! I'm on estrace now and Friday I'll start with the injections. I have no one to help me administer them as DH is more afraid then I am. Any tips on making this less painful and fearful??
