freaking out

I am a very forgetful person and was an hour or two off taking my bc pill then forgot the next day and the day after was off on taking it again. SO and I always double up and use a condom just in case but said condom tore clean in half and we didn't notice until after. I forgot my pill that morning(yesterday). I'm freaking out about possible getting pregnant.
