Maca root
Has anyone ever tried maca root pills? Did you experience any adverse effects like weight gain?
I want to start taking these pills but I’ve done some reading up on it and it says that one can possibly gain weight. Which I’ve been working hard to lose weight and so I really don’t want to take them if I’m going to gain.
