Postpartum bleeding

Hey mommas, I’m 7 weeks postpartum now. I’ve been spotting for 3 days now and bleeding seems to be getting less and less. I’ve been having cramping, mostly like pressure on my left side. Sometimes I’ll get a sharp pain. I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he did ejaculate inside me about a month ago my baby was 3 weeks old. Is this a possible pregnancy or just part of my healing process??? I know I should’ve been careful. No hate please.
