Did Pre-Seed work for you? Or are you currently using pre-seed? What does it do?

Just started using it this cycle. I’m 5dpo and my cramps very there, like I’m about to start my period isn’t due until the 23rd

I used it once this month for th first time.. it worked pretty nice but made me feel weird for the next couple days down there... hoping it works have heard good things about it!
