How much pre seed do YOU use?
Just curious our first month using opk and pre seed just got a flashing smiley so we will BD tonight with pre seed. But I have no idea how much to use.
I know it says insert it into you 30 minutes before intercourse. I’m not at my ovulation peak yet so should I just use a little?
4g seems a lot but if it will work I will use the 4G
