First time questions

So i had sex for the first time tonight and i’m just a little curious about a few things. i’m 99% sure that we used protection because i could hear him opening a foil packet (condom ofc) and i lifted myself off of him so he could put it on but it was dark and i couldnt actually see anything. the only reason i’m not 100% that he used a condom is because when i went to the toilet to pee i was wiping and (sorry for graphic details) there was a big bit of what i’m assuming is cum. i’m also 99% sure that it’s from me but because i’m paranoid asf i’m still a little worried that it could be from him and i’m wondering if that’s what happens normally after sex? also my vagina kinda hurts on the outside but around the hole, which i’m sure is just from the friction but if someone could let me know that would be very much appreciated :)
