Early baby shower with breakfast? (see description)

About half the ladies interested in my baby shower, I work with. I work with supportive, amazing women, who are so excited for my little girl. The trouble is, it's retail, so we're open every day but Christmas and Easter. We open early except on Sunday, and close late, except on Sunday as well. So I was thinking of a Sunday evening baby shower, but that would still be about 6 or 7 and dinner is much more expensive than breakfast. So I was thinking 8 or 9 am to 11am baby shower since we open at 11 Sundays. I could serve donuts with pink donuts, have lots if fruit, and of course milk, oj, and coffee. I know it would be a weird thing, but I think it could work. Thoughts?
