Would a OBGYN be able to tell if you're pregnant with a pelvic exam? Like - are there chances to the cervix?

I got a pelvic exam done by my OBGYN for weird discharge. I was wondering, if it's been about two months since sex, would she be able to notice a difference if I were to be pregnant? 
I've had bleeding but I'm on birth control so. They collected a urine sample too.

Actually they can tell if you are pregnant through a pelvic. A midwife was even able to give an (pretty accurate) estimation of how far along I was with my first. Shocked me because I didnt know they could. She explained to me the by doing a pelvic they can feel the position of the uterus and there for any changes such as pregnancy.

When I had a miscarriage years ago I was told at the er, they did a pelvic exam an a ultrasound An said they could tell by my cervix still being partially closed.

No. A pelvic exam does not determine pregnancy unless you're using an ultrasound and looking at the uterus. But you can ask for a pregnancy test at your appointment and most OBGYNs will ask you to take a pregnancy test anyways just to check.
