Hi ladies Anyone experienced bad cramps for the first period after d&c;?!!!

Im literally dying from those bad cramps its my third day and still so bad and heavy bleed . I had my d&c; after they found out my baby heart beat stopped at 8 weeks :(

And I got my period after 3 weeks post to d&c; i feel its to early but they say it could be normal I have my appointment with the OB next Friday they say if ur cramps are bad go to ER but honestly i dont want to deel with 7 hrs in ER !! Please tell me if you have same experience.
