My baby sister is ridiculous. How do I end this? I'm her legal guardian right now. And I just found out. Apparently they've been dating for awhile now.

Your her legal guardian so therefore you can stop it by getting the cops involved. That's ridiculous age is just a number but if a older man takes interest in a 15 year old there's a problem. I know someone same age but slept with a 13 year old got her pregnant now facing charges because the girls dad went to the cops.

Talk to her, and talk to him to see what his actual intentions are. Like talk to him without her being around. Set some rules with both of them like no sex or sexual activity ect. But the whole threatening with statotory rape only works if you can prove that they had sex or sexual things like oral sex. Talk to him and her seperate and then together and set rules. Like they can only hang out when you are home or if you have a SO he/she could be home, no hanging out past 9 at night, she has to get permission from you each time she wants to have him over, no going into a room and closing the door, either they follow the rules you set and no sexual things  and you will let her see him under your supervision or you won't let him see her or anything. Make it so they have to respect your rules and abide by them. Like if they wanna go out for dinner they have to make sure that you can go with them and they pay for you.

Sometimes reporting it ISN'T the best thing, she could just be retaliating like most teens do, I did it when I was a teen. Sometimes if you don't make a big deal of it they get bored bc they aren't getting a rise out of you so they stop. This isn't always the case but definitely a possibility! One of my bfs at 16 was 32, it was a phase and I honestly grew out of it!
