If your husband promises to pull out but then at the end, intentionally doesn’t, is that sexual abuse?

My husband likes to have sex and I want to please him but I don’t want to get pregnant. My body is sensitive to BC and I’m trying to find a better option but for now he keeps wanting it and I’ve been putting it off for a long time to avoid getting pregnant. He promised me he would pull out and he did, but then he put it back in to finish. 
I felt really upset with him and he said I’m over reacting and not to ruin the mood. But I felt really upset. I brushed it off as usual

You consented to sex only if he pulled out, and then he didn't. That negates the consent. It's no different from "stealthing."
You really should find a better method of preventing pregnancy, but maybe first you need to find a partner who doesn't think it's okay to pull that bullshit.

Pulling out doesn’t stop you from getting pregnant so it doesn’t really matter either way. Not to say that it was okay but if the reason for it is keeping from getting pregnant... itsgoing to stop working at some point.

pulling out doesnt really prevent pregnancy. precum can get you pregnant. if you dont want a baby you need to stop having vaginal sex. and to lower your risk of pregnancy, you need to start using ACTUAL birth control.
