Has anyone met up with someone from tinder or any social media before just to hook up? Like how do I know that it’s safe and won’t be awkward or anything.

Always meet somewhere public. Bring a friend if you can. Or let a friend know about your location! Never do anything you aren’t comfortable with. If he/she gives you a bad vibe, don’t feel like you have to stay just to make them happy, do what’s in your best interest! It can be really fun meeting up with people, when I was using it, I had a lot of fun. But I also had a friend who got caught up in a lot because of it.. Always be careful.

I met my ex on Tinder. Other than being immature, he was pretty normal. Met another guy who I'm pretty sure will figure out he's gay eventually :) Also met this guy I've been on several dates with. Never actually had a bad experience, either during texting or actually meeting. Either I'm super lucky or people in there are just ordinary people, like us, who happen to be looking for a match. But I don't do hookups, so it's maybe a different type of guys...

I met a guy on there once. We met at a mall and he wasn’t creepy, seemed genuine and didn’t pull anything weird. There are decent people on there, you just have to dig for them lol
