Is there something wrong?

Hey girls! So, I got the nexplanon implant around a year ago and have struggled with it ever since. I’ve had long periods (80 days is my record fml) and mood swings. I went to my obgyn to get it taken out 3 weeks ago and she suggested me get on an estrogen pill (estradiol 1mg) so I did. She also put me on antidepressants (Zoloft 50mg). Well, she told me that the pill would help regulate my period without me having to get the implant taken out. So around 4 days after starting medication I started my period. I am stillllll on it and it’s one of the heaviest periods I’ve had and TMI but I’m having blood clots like crazy. I just want some advice as to if this is normal or if I need to make an obgyn appointment asap. Thank you all 😘
