Sorry to be a bit grim and TFI!

My period was due yesterday and I’m usually on time, almost to the minute lol. In the past year, I’ve been late once and that was only by 1 day. Last night, I started spotting a very pale pink colour, but this was very minimal and stopped very quickly. This morning, I had slightly more spotting but still quite minimal. I haven’t got cramps, but I have back pain and a feeling of being uncomfortable.

This is very unusual for me. My flow usually starts straight away and I have short periods lasting about 3 days.

Any ideas?
