When I got my bfp back in April I had literally zero symptoms. I only tested because we had been trying for 11 cycles and I promised my husband I would only test from 10dpo onwards.
I tested at 10dpo and got a real faint shadow on a cheapie, tested again at 11dpo with a first response early and got my bfp
