WORKOUT ADVICE FOR A VEGETARIAN

Hello beautiful people.

I am in dying need of recipes or certain veg foods that can help me burn fat. And workout tips specifically back fat and arm fat and stomach fat. I already do a lot of cardio and interval training. Looking for a lot of intense workouts to do I did a smaller workout (30 minutes cardio running and elliptical, arm weights and a lil dancing)

But I really wanna work on back workouts and not 100% sure how
