The Best Baby Monitor?

Which of the following is the best baby monitor, and why? What specs were you looking for? How many monitors did you try before you found one you were happy with? 
There are so many choices out there, and I am not averse to spending the money for one that is top notch. Thank you ladies!

I HIGHLY recommend the Owlet and a video monitor. We absolutely love the Owlet, but we also lovr our video monitor as well. We have the Samsung BrightVIEW baby monitor.

I love my owlet monitor. My little dude was preemie, so having reassurance that everything is okay was essential for my own sanity. Plus the nurse in me needs numbers. I haven’t had any issues with false alarms or anything like that. I also work midnights, and it is amazing to be able to check on my little guy’s numbers while I am at work!

We tried three before finding the infant optics. Still using it two years later. We wanted a closed system that was not accessible on a WiFi connection through an app to minimize someone interfering with the transmission or seeing anything.
