Tubal Pregnancy

Went to clinic yesterday to get ultrasound at 5w6d. Not sure if that's too early but they checked uterus, tubes, and ovaries and didn't see anything but still tested positive.

After that the same day I went to ER and they gave me the same 2 ultrasounds that they did at clinic. ER's showed a small mass by my ovaries that they say look like the fetus and not a cyst. They wanted to terminate immediately but I was emotional and afraid to right then and there just like that.

Could it be a cyst instead and can't see my baby on ultrasound yet and wait to go to Ob??? I really want to wait to go to Ob bc I feel fine but if I feel anything severe I'll return back to ER.
