Is this considered part of my mucus plug it’s the second time today I wiped & this was there

Actually Im 22 weeks and usually my discharge is watery/creamy and every blue moon I get A LOT of this kind of mucus, I was worried it might be the clot, but it happened like 3 or 4 times already and I'm fine.
