Mucousy poo with a tiny bit of blood?

I have a 4 month old baby girl that's EBF. Normally she poops every other day but last week she went 5 days without pooping. I wasn't concerned bc I know breastfed babies can go 2 weeks with no poop. Now for 4 days she's been pooping everyday. Today she had two very large poos that looked normal and a third right after that was mostly mucus with what looks like a bit of blood. I know mucus can be freon drooling which she does do a lot of but the blood?Thoughts? I'm going to call the ped. but thought maybe mamas on here might have some ideas. I haven't eaten anything strange.
