5DPO, sharp cervix/uterus pains

I'm 5DPO and have had short, sharp, cervix/uterus cramps yesterday and today. the last seconds but are really sharp and painful. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this and ended up with BFP? also let me know if you experienced it and got BFN...
