Early miscarriage at 5 weeks June 29th and the story continues

On June 29th I had an early miscarriage with a full bleed and clots. The other day I took a test expecting it to be negative (top test) the next day, yesterday, I got a dye run with still a second line (middle picture) the last picture is from today which appears even darker yet. For me line progression matters I knew when my lines were getting lighter it wasn’t going to end well for me, and I was right. I have also experienced this before. My concern is I just had a miscarriage June 29th. What could this be? Your help and support is appreciated. And yes I will be calling the doctor. But now it’s the weekend and I know I won’t get in until next week.
