Trying to conceive

So I have been trying to conceive since having my implant removed. My periods have regulated since removal of implant and home ovulation tests have shown I’m ovulating once on two cycles and twice on one cycle.

I am on cycle day 23 and have really sore nipples, like they need to be kept free of anything but also like I need something to be on them, tender breasts and slight back ache in the middle of my back lower down but like a pin point area. Thick, creamy white discharge and never usually get that. Sorry if too much information!

Did a test 4 days ago and we possibly sore a really faint line but not sure. Anyone else have this?

All this TTC is confusing. Am trying not to think about it too much but every change makes you wonder 😂
