Dizzy while lying down?

Should I check with the doctor? Is it normal in 2nd trimester? im almost 19 weeks.

I’m not to that point yet but with my lAst pregnancy I would almost pass out and throw up even after a few short minutes. It was so embarrassing at ultrasounds.

If you lie on your back your reduce blood flow and put pressure on the uterus which can cause dizziness and fainting xx

Is this maybe what happens around 20 weeks when you shouldn’t lay on your back any more?
