Can prometrium delay your period?????

So I'm drinking prometrium (progesterone) and I was suppose to get my period yesterday and I haven't could it be the prometrium, pregnant or just late? I'm so nervous I got an iui done 2wks ago but I have no symptoms....

I got put in progesterone to start my period. Twice. No pregnancy. My uterine lining just was thickening so i did two rounds of progesterone. Finally started after 60 days.

Progesterone delays your period. If you take a pregnancy test & it's negative, then stop taking the progesterone.

Are you still taking the progesterone? Every time I was on it my period would be delayed until 2 days after I stopped.  My doc would tell me to stop once I had a negative pregnancy test.
