Okay for like 3 years now I’ve probably had like this building up of “cheese” looking texture around my clitoral hood and in between lips. It doesn’t really itch ever at all but like 65% of the time AFTER my periods I itch like crazy but I think that’s down to chemicals in pads..Ik ik. But I’ve been able to clean it and it comes back like two days later? I don’t eat horrible but I’m also not an athlete, I have a balanced meal and don’t think it could be diet. Can smegma really reoccur consistently forever?? I hate it so much because it’s a pain to clean and it looks nasty if up close lol I’m worried it may not be smegma. Please comment cause I need help figuring this shit out
