Working out in the 3rd Trimester

Has anyone started working out in the 3rd trimester?? I have always been fit and active prior to pregnancy. At about 14 weeks I was diagnosed with placenta Previa and was put on rest until I was 27 weeks and the placenta had raised and was no longer blocking my cervix. Looking back I think this was just a precaution but as a first time mama, I followed doctor orders strictly and did not exercise at all.

Here I am, 30 weeks along and I really want to go to the gym. The last 2 days I started very slow by going to yoga and body flow to work on strength/flexibility but I’m concerned that I’m too far along to be exercising? My husband is Navy and we literally just moved so I’m between OBs right now and won’t see mine for 2 weeks.

Has anyone else jumped back into exercise this late in the pregnancy?
