Clomid success!

We went to our fertility doctor! Husband and I have been trying to conceive for 15 months. He is a type 1 diabetic. We’ve both been through all the testing and both have checked out normal! Doctor said he is only wanting us to try clomid for 2 months, the next 2 clomid plus IUI, the next 2 months after that IUI plus clomid plus a trigger shot. He said after that the IVF process. He said the success rate of clomid hasn’t shown much of an increase. Someone please give us positive outlooks! We both are wanting a baby and it has been tuff taking pregnancy test and never getting a positive!
