My man has family day (he’s a reservist) and he invited me to go. My parents were cool with it until tonight. My mom knew that we would be staying alone together in a hotel room that the government would be paying for and it would be just me and him. She was cool with it. Until tonight. My dad just found out and he is having a fit about it. I am 19 years old.

Yes, I still live at home. I have a part time job. I pay for my gas, college, food, car, and my phone. I don’t pay anything for living at home. Not rent or anything like that so I still have to be home by 12 on weekends and 10 on weekdays or I get in trouble.

Me and my man will have been together for 3 years in September. We have never stayed overnight with one another or anything like that because my parents are so crazy strict. I really want to go and be with him for his family day but my parents are so pissed at me that his family isn’t going and that him and I would be staying at a hotel together just the two of us overnight.
